Founded by Mark Henshaw over 30 years ago, Polished Concrete Australia has transformed from a one-person operation into Australia’s most comprehensively equipped concrete flooring specialist.
With a significant investment in Italian precision machinery and a team of eight professionals, we now specialise in serving Australia’s leading Tier 1 builders and developers on projects ranging from 500 to over 30,000 square metres.
We’ve evolved alongside Australian industry demands – from standard polished concrete finishes to precise super-flat surfaces for warehouse robotics, data centres and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Team and capabilities
Our team of specialists has expertise spanning polished concrete, superflat floors, VNA floors, remediation, epoxy coatings and expert consulting. We help develop specifications, guide project planning and provide compliance certification from initial concept through to final delivery. Based in Western Sydney, we operate across Sydney, NSW and nationwide for specialist projects.
